Ceramic From Spark Plug Fell Into Cylinder

I watched it tried to save it but failed so i haven t tried to crank my car because i know it would could cause damage to my gasket head.
Ceramic from spark plug fell into cylinder. Small piece of porcelain from spark plug dropped into combustion chamber. I put the new plugs in and it started up all good. I rotated the cylinder to begin the compression stroke on the first cylinder but i still feel stuck on what to do. I vacuumed the bits out and it seemed like i got all of them out.
Half of the ceramic casing on the plug i pulled out was gone. I was swapping plugs yesterday where one plug had very brittle ceramic and small bits fell into the cylinder. A peace of the spark plug broke off and fell into the cylinder wall and i started it and now it s knocking. From my earlier post i managed to get the compression test adapter out of the spark plug hole.
Upon removal of the last spark plug the ceramic araound the plug decided to break into a couple pieces all except for one i managed to get out. A while back changed the spark plugs on a 05 3 5 and a plug came out with the ceramic portion cracked. The last piece i m guessing fell into the spark plug hole. Next day comes while i am commuting it feels like a loss of power from the engine and my check engine light comes on.
I managed to change them with out getting any porcelain in the combustion chamber then i got to the last one and oops there goes a little piece of porcelain right down the hole. Well it turns out that a ceramic piece broke off of the spark plug and fell into the first cylinder. I sucked up the pieces with a shop vac and installed a new plug. When i was taking them out 3 of them broke.
Hi there i was changing my spark plugs and ignition coils in my 2009 chevy traverse due to a check engine light that appeared. When replacing my spark plugs the plug in cylinder two cracked on me. I have a serious problem here. Some mechanics also have a diagnostic scope or camera that can be put into each cylinder via the spark plug hole.
The pieces fell into the cylinder.
